Another day, another PR disaster involving and airline and overbooked flights. Honestly, at this point I’m glad I can’t afford a vacation, because I feel like the travel would be more stress than it’s worth.
Just ask the Schear family of Huntington Beach, California, who were flying from Hawaii to Los Angeles last week. Staff allegedly asked them to give up the seat that their two-year-old son was using and carry him on their laps so that an overbooked passenger could take the seat.
